Hello,

My avatar is not leaving in the different app's like Zwift, My Whoosh, Rouvy, Bkool.

I thought to do an update via Upgrado app. This is not working.
I get a message see picture.

How can I calibrate, update the Elite Turno anyway?
I also already bought a new ANT+ adapter. This also does not help.
Who knows a solution so training apps recognize my cycletrainer?

If no application detects the sensor, it's most likely a fault Snow Rider 3D with the Misuro B+ or its firmware.
