I updated the firmware on my Elite Suito. Then I tried to calibrate it. My E Training won't start the calibration process. It shows the trainer is connected. The phone app is the most recent version. In the past I've calibrated the trainer a lot. The trainer is working without any issues. I use my trainer with FulGaz.
I''m at loss as to why My E Training won't run the calibration routine. I'll emphasize that it doesn't seem that there are any communication issues since my Suito connects to FulGaz via my computer's BlueTooth and since I was able to the firmware upgrade without issue. It's worth noting that I've run the calibration routine numerous times before without issue. There also no new BlueTooth devices nearby.
Also, why is the no way to send a support request directly to Elite customer support?

Re: My E Training won't run calibration routine
I had something very similar happen after a Suito firmware update. In my case the connection was fine everywhere else (Zwift / desktop / BLE), but My E-Training just refused to trigger spindown.
What finally helped was:
As for support, yeah, it’s a bit frustrating—Elite mostly routes support through their website contact form and regional distributors rather than direct in-app chat/email, which isn’t very convenient when you’re troubleshooting something time-sensitive like this.
What finally helped was:
- Fully closing the app (not just minimizing it) and clearing it from recent apps
- Turning Bluetooth off/on on the phone before reopening the app
- Re-pairing the trainer inside My E-Training (even though it already showed as connected)
- Then starting calibration *immediately* after reconnecting, before launching any other app like FulGaz
