Drivo II settings

Please could someone help me I have bought a brand new Drivo II and have done calibration and power smoothing but the resistance is just too high and I can barely turn the pedals.

What software are you using with the Drivo II? Zwift, Trainerroad, etc?
Have you done an FTP test to determine which level of Watts you can push for an hour?
