My Directo does not simulate more than 7% of slope

Can someone tell me if it's a problem with the Directo or is it software? How could I solve it?
Consider that max simulable slope depends on speed.
If you pedal too slow, the trainer could not be able to develop enough power to simulate a higher slope.
Increase your speed and the max simulable slope will increase too.
If this was not the cause of the issue, check also to have done a calibration.
