BPM doesn't change

The myetraining app finds my bluetooth heart rate monitor. But either no BPM appears or it's just one number that doesn't change. Any ideas on how to get it to work?
Try doing again the pairing.
If the problem doesn't disappear, contact the customer care at real@elite-it.com specifying the model of the belt.
