I have lost my user manual for my Qubo Digital wireless trainer , the S/N of the remote control is Q0152. Is this user manual available online?

I just bought one of these second hand. Can I use a Misuro B+ sensor to pair it with a smart device and use the trainer for Zwift? Instead of using the cycling computer?
